The purpose of the West London Junior netball league (WLJNL) website is to provide you with
information and services about the league and netball in west London.
By accessing any of the pages on the WLJNL website which is hosted by Pitchero.com you agree to comply with the Terms & Conditions set out below, Any Terms & Conditions set by Pitchero.com. If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, do not make any use of the site and leave it immediately.
1.1 References to we, our or us in this privacy notice are to West London Junior netball league (WLJNL)
1.2 We have taken care in the preparation of the site. However, as certain technical matters may be beyond our control, we cannot guarantee that you will have uninterrupted access to the site at all times.

2.1 All copyright and all other intellectual property rights in all text, images, sound, software, service marks, logos and other materials on the pages of the site ("the Content") are owned by WLJNL or are reproduced on the site with permission of the relevant rights owner.
2.2 The Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means without WLJNL prior written consent, except as stated at 2.3 below.
2.3 You may read, view, print, download and (where appropriate) listen to the contents of an individual page for private and personal non-commercial use only provided that all copyright, trademark and other proprietary notices contained in the original materials on any copy of these materials is retained, but you may not make more than one copy electronically or otherwise of any of the contents and you may not recopy or further distribute, sell, publish or transmit any part of
the material by electronic or any other means.
2.4 You agree not to sell, resell, supply or otherwise make the Content or extracts or other information derived therefrom available in any manner or on any media to any third party without the prior written consent of WLJNL.
2.5 The names, images and logos identifying WLJNL, its projects, products and services (including, without limitation, the names “ West London Junior netball league”, “WLJNL”, or those of third parties, are the proprietary marks of WLJNL, and/or may be the proprietary marks of third parties. Any use made of these marks may be an infringement of rights in those marks and WLJNL reserves all rights to enforce such rights that it might have.
3. Prohibited Use you may not use the site:
3.1 for the posting, uploading, emailing or other transmission of any material, the publication, dissemination, use or possession of which infringes the rights of any person or which is unlawful in any other respect;

4.1 By submitting messages, suggestions or material (including any text, photographs, graphics, video or audio) to WLJNL/the site you are granting WLJNL & Pitchero.com a perpetual royalty free non-exclusive licence to reproduce, modify, translate, make available, distribute and sub-license the message/suggestion in whole or in part and in any form anywhere in the world.

In general, members can view the WLJNL website and all the latest news and results without telling
WLJNL who they are or revealing any information about themselves. Sometimes however, WLJNL

2. How WLJNL collects personal information
To deliver and enhance the services offered by WLLL , certain personal information is collected.
WLJNL collects personal information from clubs when:
• The individual registers to become a member
• The member enters a WLJNL event or participation programme
• The individual requests information from WLJNL
• The individual provides information to WLJNL staff/committee
• The individual participates in a WLJNL survey
3. How WLJNL uses personal information
WLJNL will only collect information that is necessary for them to carry out the primary purpose of
providing services relating to: membership, education and events. Personal information may be used
in order to:
• Provide the services required
• Internal accounting and administration
• Regulatory reporting and compliance
• Help WLJNL to inform and identify other products or services that may be of benefit
WLJNL will only share the information with Affiliated Clubs, England Netball and authorised third parties. The information may be held in both paper and electronic form. If WLJNL sends any information about services or products that are not required, or a member does not want personal information disclosed to any other organisation (including related organisations)
they can advise WLJNL accordingly by writing to the League Secretary. If the member does not advise WLJNL otherwise, they will be deemed to have confirmed their agreement on their own behalf and/or on behalf of others that they represent.
4. When we disclose personal information
WLJNL discloses personal information to other organisations that is necessary to assist in providing
services. The organisations include outsourced service providers who manage the services provided
to members, including:
• The Association administrators;
• England Netball • authorised third parties;
• Government and regulatory authorities and other organisations, as required or authorised by law
WLJNL limits the use and disclosure of any personal information to such organisations for the specific purpose for which it is supplied. When a member provides WLJNL with personal information about other individuals, WLJNL relies on that member to make the individual aware that the information has been provided to WLJNL and for what purpose, and to whom it may be disclosed and also how they can access their information.
5. Storage and Security of personal information
WLJNL stores personal information on a computer database. The personal information may be held in both paper file and computer file form. WLJNL has implemented measures of a reasonable nature to ensure that all personal information is securely stored from misuse, loss and unauthorised handling.

WLJNL takes reasonable steps to ensure that whenever personal information is collected or disclosed, it is accurate, complete and up to date.

The member has a right to access their personal information, subject to some exceptions allowed by law. The member can gain access to their personal information by contacting WLJNL . The member may also advise WLJNL at any time about possible breaches of privacy, or inaccurate, incomplete personal information, which may have changed.
